CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you so much for choosing me for your lash needs! To help with smooth scheduling and to accommodate everyone, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. For cancellations/rescheduling within 12 hours, a 20% charge of the service cost will apply. However, I understand life can be unpredictable, so I truly appreciate your effort to communicate any changes in advance! For missed appointments without prior notice (no-call, no-show), a 50% charge of the service cost will apply. If you have any issues with your lashes within the first three days, I’ll fix them at no charge, as this could be related to the application. After three days, charges will apply, as issues may result from aftercare. I truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with beautiful lashes!
